General rules & terms of service

You must be 21 or older to join and participate in Getting Reckless.

Membership & support3 rules

Invite responsibility. If you invite people and they are approved to join the server, they are your responsibility to keep in check. Your invite permissions will be revoked if your new joins violate server terms twice.
English only. Only speak English so our moderators know what you’re saying.
Need help? If you are unable to do something in the server, please message a moderator with the error message, or review and discuss it in #server-support.

Conduct & content9 rules

No spam, server raids, pointless tags, or soliciting server members.
Allowed substances. The only drugs/substances allowed within this server are Weed & Shrooms.
Respect & drama. Don’t be rude or disrespectful without humor; don’t start any drama.
Corrective action. No arguing with server moderators or admins about corrective action.
Chat trolling. No chat trolling to extents beyond actual trolling.
NSFW content. No posting anything NSFW outside of its designated channels.
Discrimination & racism. No discrimination or racism used in a negative manner. Everyone bleeds red and is equally worthless. Memes, soundboards, and general humor are tolerated, but troll lightly. Dry racism is no fun, so either be funny or be correct.
Not a dating server. Keep your relationships private. Posting OnlyFans links or leads will result in a ban.
Keep the server clean. Please post content within its respective channels.

Voice, video & media4 rules

Camera & mic required. Members in voice/video channels must have their camera and microphone enabled unless granted direct permission by a moderator or admin.
Facial & video filters. Filters are allowed only in Cloud 9 and Omegle/Umingle. You must receive direct permission from a moderator or admin to use them in additional channels.
Audio in voice chat. Do not play music through your microphone. Stream/screen share or add it to the music bot instead. This applies to more than music, including gaming, streaming, and other audio.
Recording & capture. No member may screen record or capture while attending the server, except moderators and admins. Joining this server acknowledges that your image, video, and audio may be captured for content creation and/or legal records.

Security & privacy4 rules

Harmful material. Sending viruses, IP grabbers, malware, or other harmful material results in an immediate, permanent ban, with potential legal action.
Threats. DDoS, death threats, or malicious threats result in an instant permanent ban.
Discord glitches & bugs. Do not exploit a Discord glitch or bug.
Keep server information private. No leaking server information, screenshots, or private conversations outside of the server.

Website purpose, independence & responsibilityImportant notice

A community noticeboard. GettingReckless.com is an independently operated website for the Getting Reckless Discord community. It provides community information, helps adults connect and build friendships, and offers free, basic promotional space for participating communities. A listing or introduction is not a certification of any person or organization.
Members act independently. Joining GR, holding a community role, appearing on this website, or submitting content does not, by itself, create an employment, agency, legal partnership, joint venture, or representative relationship with GR or its operators. No member or listed third party may speak for, enter agreements for, or otherwise bind GR without express authorization. Any authorized staff responsibilities are limited to their assigned community duties.
No endorsement of individual conduct. Member photos, reviews, captions, messages, and opinions are attributable to their contributors. Membership, moderation, publication, or permission to promote does not mean GR adopts those views, guarantees their accuracy, or endorses a contributor’s private conduct, products, services, or activities. GR does not condone, authorize, or support illegal activity.
Promotional relationships have a limited scope. “Partner,” “sponsor,” and similar labels describe only the community promotion, support, or other arrangement expressly identified. They do not, by themselves, establish common ownership, control, a legal business partnership, or responsibility for another party’s operations. Actual agreements and applicable law govern any relationship.
Personal decisions remain personal. Members and visitors are responsible for their own statements, submissions, permissions, interactions, and conduct. Exercise independent judgment when contacting others, visiting linked sites, attending independently organized meetups, or entering private arrangements. GR does not guarantee any person’s trustworthiness, any third-party claim, or the safety or outcome of those interactions.
Scope of responsibility. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GR and its operators disclaim responsibility for independent third-party content and conduct, external websites, and private dealings between users. This notice does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, waive anyone’s non-waivable rights, or remove responsibility imposed by law for GR’s own actions or omissions.
Report concerns. Report suspected unlawful content, impersonation, privacy violations, or unauthorized use of your work to GR staff through #server-support or by contacting a moderator. Identify the relevant page or submission so it can be reviewed.
